Our shipping policy states that all shipments outside of Mexico are the responsibility of the customer to pay. This includes any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees that the destination country may charge. The customer will be notified of the shipping costs at the time of purchase and will be required to pay for shipping before the order is shipped. We will not be held responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred during shipping.
